Cookies from Tee’s cookies

Our cookies are handmade vanilla flavoured sugar cookies decorated with royal icing. Please note that we currently do not offer fondant cookies.

Cookies are individually packaged in a heat-sealed bag for freshness and can be stored up to 4 weeks in them provided they are kept at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, they are best consumed within 72hrs.

Our cookies contain gluten, dairy and egg and may contain traces of nuts.

Refunds

As our cookies are customised/personalised, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue.

If you choose to have your cookies shipped via Australia Post Express, we will bubble wrap them to avoid any damages. However, there is still a chance they may get damaged in transit. We do not offer a refund for this instance so we recommend you order extra cookies to avoid disappointment. If you are in Sydney, we recommend choosing Same-day Delivery as your delivery method.

Delivery and handling

We take full care when handling your cookies to avoid damages. If you choose to have your cookies posted, we will use lots of bubble wrap to minimise the chance of damage in transit. However, in the event that it gets damaged in transit, we do not take responsibility.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the cookies are sent to a business address, please ensure you include the business name on the shipping address. Please note that we do not ship to PO box address.

If you are in the Sydney metro area, we strongly recommend choosing Same-day Delivery as your delivery method. Drivers are in vehicles so the chance of damage during transit is much lower than through Australia Post. They also pick up and deliver on the same day so no delays!

Shipping delays

All shipping orders are posted via Australia Post Express with tracking. Your cookies should arrive 1-5 business days after dispatch. However, we do not take responsibility for shipping delays and do not guarantee an arrival date. We recommend selecting your delivery date a week before (or earlier) to your required date to avoid disappointment. Our cookies are individually heat sealed to ensure freshness and can last up to 4 weeks if stored correctly.

Custom and corporate orders

To secure your custom order bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to pick up, delivery or postage. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, your order may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Photos for social media

We love taking photos of your special cookies and reserve the right to upload these to our social media accounts for marketing purposes. We will always wait until after your event date to share, however, if you do not wish for us to share your cookies at all, this must be specified at the time of placing your order.
